Our Coffee Roaster: The Neotec

At the centre of TRG roastery sits the Neotec.
It is more than a roaster; it is a high performance engine designed for meticulous heat management. While many manufacturers still rely on older drum technology, we have built our coffee roasting infrastructure around Convection Mastery.

Total Convection:
Unlike traditional drum roasters, our roaster uses 100% precision heated air. This prevents bean scorching and ensures a cleaner, more vibrant cup of coffee that highlights the true origin.
Thermal Drift:
This system is incredibly responsive. When the roast hits it's target, we can cut the heat instantly. There is no over roasting as we lock in the aromatics at their absolute peak every time.
Scalability
The Foundry is engineered for high output growth. With a 1,000,000kg annual roasting capacity, our infrastructure allows you to scale your brand from pallet-level to artic-level without ever compromising on quality.
Oversight
Our Head Coffee Roasters are physically at the machine for every batch, providing human expertise mixed with the high tech industrial power of our coffee roaster.

Open-Plan Production

The high performance heart of the roastery. Where the Neotec lives and the core of our operation. By maintaining an open-plan layout, we ensure a seamless flow from green coffee intake to the roasting station and finally to the goods-out bay. This integrated footprint allows our Head Roasters to maintain total visual and physical oversight of every pallet as it moves through the roasting cycle.

Precision Packaging

Once the roast is roasted, the coffee moves to our dedicated processing room. This room is specifically for final stage production. Here, your coffee is weighed, sealed and labelled ensuring that the freshness we captured in the roaster is fully protected before it leaves the roastery.

The Sensory Lab

This is where we calibrate our profiles and validate every batch. It’s a space designed for cupping and quality control, where we invite our partners to sit down, taste the results, and fine-tune their coffee choice.

Roasting is only half the job; the other half is strategy. Our boardroom is the space for high-level meetings, brand development, and long-term planning. It’s where we move away from the machines to focus on the growth and commercial success of your coffee business.
